The new Director of Operation, BigMoe and the Steelers met yesterday. BigMoe, outlined his expectations for the year and his commitment to excellence. Overall, the meeting went well as the expectations are high and the Steelers realize that the road to the Super Bowl will be a difficult one. Today, Tomlin ran a tough hands on practice. Big Ben was not happy about the new changes as director of Operation, BigMoe, is looking to emphasize the run game more this season. Tomlin and BigMoe are still finalizing their new playbook for this year.
